Phlebotomy Recertification in Minnesota
The State of Minnesota does not currently have any specific recertification requirements to maintain phlebotomy licensure. Phlebotomists in Minnesota should ensure they’re meeting the requirements for recertification by the accrediting body they received their license from, at the completion of their phlebotomy program.

Our Certificate of Completion
Upon completing a course with us, we’ll provide you with a certification of completion that includes:
- Your name
- Number of CE hours awarded
- Course title
- Date of completion
- Phleb CE’s license provider
- Program director signature
- Certificate #
