PhlebCE was born from a simple frustration on the front lines of healthcare: the people who draw blood every day — often underpaid, overlooked, and juggling long shifts — were being asked to complete continuing education that was expensive, outdated, and clearly built by people who’d never worked a draw station. Our founder came up through the field, in firefighting and paramedicine, before moving into education, and had watched that same pattern play out across allied health: credentialing treated as a box to check rather than a craft to sharpen.
